1. Photography Services

Succulents Studio, LLC provides professional photography services, which may include branding photography, headshots, commercial photography, food photography, event photography, portraits, and other related photography services.

Specific services, pricing, deliverables, session dates, turnaround times, usage rights, cancellation terms, and payment requirements may be provided through a separate proposal, estimate, invoice, booking agreement, or photography contract.

If the terms of a signed photography agreement conflict with these general Terms & Conditions regarding a specific photography service, the signed agreement will control for that service.

2. Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed photography booking.

A session or project is considered confirmed only after any required agreement has been accepted and any required retainer, deposit, or payment has been received.

Availability, pricing, and services are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before or during the booking process. Depending on the service, a retainer or deposit may be required to reserve a date.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

Additional services, products, images, travel, expedited delivery, or requests outside the original scope of the project may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the photography service or project and will be communicated in the applicable booking agreement, proposal, or contract.

Succulents Studio, LLC reserves the right to reschedule a session when circumstances outside our reasonable control make it unsafe or impractical to perform the service.

5. Image Selection and Delivery

The number of images, selection process, editing level, delivery method, and estimated turnaround time may vary depending on the photography service purchased.

Some photography services may include an online proofing gallery from which the client selects images for final editing or delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RAW files, unfinished images, working files, or unedited photographs are not included in the final delivery.

6. Copyright and Image Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Succulents Studio, LLC retains copyright ownership of photographs created as part of our photography services.

Clients receive the usage rights specified in their photography agreement, proposal, invoice, or licensing agreement.

Photographs may not be resold, transferred, substantially altered, or used for purposes outside the agreed license when such restrictions are included in the applicable agreement.

Any promotional or portfolio use of client images by Succulents Studio, LLC will be subject to the applicable photography agreement, model release, authorization, or other consent obtained for that purpose.

7. Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, graphics, text, branding, design elements, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Succulents Studio, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used commercially without prior written authorization.
